At this time, checkout and live shipping rates are available only for orders within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii).
Domestic shipping options include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Curbside Freight Delivery for larger items.
Curbside Freight Delivery means your order arrives on a pallet and is delivered to your driveway or garage. Please note that assembly, unpacking, and debris removal are not included with this service.
If you’d prefer a White Glove Delivery and Installation experience, this can be arranged for an additional fee — please contact us at info@stradmelle.com for details.
For international orders, our team is happy to coordinate custom shipping solutions upon request.

Because each piece is made to order, slight variations may occur. If you’re unsure about sizing for your space, please reach out — we’re happy to help you select the ideal dimensions.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Clients are responsible for securely packing, shipping, and returning the item to our Connecticut location.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the item is received and inspected in good condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
